The room was outstanding and brand-new, had central heating, a personal safe, and a flat-screen TV. Got exceptional views. The hotel location was great and awesome near to shopping street. Tried some nice meals at Slices, located feet from the property.

There was a comfy bed that I truly enjoyed in the standard twin room. Its location was very central, near Mitsutera Buddhist Temple. Also was near bars and restaurants.

Convenient location near Dotonbori. Easy check-in process and secure elevator. Room is spacious and modern, with separate bath and toilet. Suitable for all ages. Will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely great hotel in a shopping area near the main canal and dontonbori and shopping centre and convenience store. Favourable location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Shinsaibashi. Big and fairly quiet room and a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a microwave inside:)))

The room itself was comfy and the hotel was clean. The property had a very central location and it was just close to Dotombori Glico Sign. Eateries and restaurants where also near to the hotel.

The location of the hotel is FAVOURABLE, just next door to the main canal and dontonbori and namba station. The place to order dinner within a close distance from the venue is Chibo.

The breakfast food is delicious, and there are plenty of amenities offered at the hotel lobby. The helpful staff speak multiple languages and are always attentive to guests' needs.

The entrance to the hotel can be a bit dimly lit, making it difficult to find the key sensor.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. The location was very convenient, with a major shopping mall just next door. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We also loved the delicious breakfast provided each morning. The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
